Erply
Make sure you have access to Erply. It is recommended that you create a separate user for integration purposes as desribed in this article.
Log in to ForecastingApp analytics.erply.com using you normal Erply credentials or via Backoffice link.
Once in ForecastingApp click the Configuration (Cog) button in upper right-hand corner
Follow the links Integrations->Connections
Select Add connector, select Erply (if not already present)
Provide the credentials you obtained at step 1 and click save.
I can not see any data
Make sure you have configured the integration properly. When you click the Save button in the connector configuration the data synchronization will start immediately. It may take some time depending on how much locations, products and sales you have.
By default the system only loads data from last week.
How to load more data
Navigate to the report Sales by locations
Select the desired date range to load
Locate the Three Dots (...) menu button and select Fetch Data
After some time the data will be updated
My data is not updating
By default the data synchronization runs periodically overnight based on the time zone settings in your Erply account. The schedule can be adjusted if needed.
When in trial mode we make best efforts to keep your data in sync. However we can not make any guarantees the scheduled synchronizations will run on time.
