Troubleshooting
In the developer mode open api-automation module and review the Application logs tab. If no logs are present (they may be too old) click Test button and then Send. Any errors will be shown in the response. Error code 1060 indicates invalid permissions integration requires to work.
In the developer mode open api-automation module and review the Application tab. Under timed triggers should be at least one entry with the time zone set to your account's time zone.
Click the Edit button to see whether the trigger is enabled, and the scheduled time.
Automation trigger is added automatically during setup.
However, in some cases the the recurring schedule is not running although the trigger exists and is shown as active. When this happens please change the schedule manually (eg next hour) and verify the data being available. If confirmed change the schedule back to desired time.
